Easy Padel Specialist LLC Messaging Program
Description of Messages: When you opt-in to our SMS service, you can expect to receive messages regarding padel court quote confirmations, installation scheduling, project updates, delivery notifications, and customer support related to your padel court installation. Users who separately provide marketing consent may also receive promotional messages about special offers, new court models, and seasonal discounts.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (386) 614-9015. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or by calling (386) 614-9015.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your project status and inquiries. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Easy Padel Specialist LLC, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Easy Padel Specialist LLC provides padel court sales, installation, storage, unloading, and maintenance services across the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, with operations based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
3. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
